First off want to tell you how much I appreciate you creating and maintain this site and these videos. I've been tinkering with Python and using it to automate my life and work for a few years now, but I always seem to lose interest and move on to something else before taking the real plunge. This site has helped me stay focus and find a new excitement with a great language. Thank you.
Now on to the purpose of this post. Tkinter. I know you don't like it and I know that most people find it to be the ugly little brother's cousin's one-legged pet hamster of all the GUI modules and wrappers in Python. And I'll admit that i believed the same. But with the changes in the newest version 8.5 and 8.6, I find Tkinter to be so much easier to understand and just as functional and beautiful as the rest.
I wonder if it wouldn't warrant a refresh of your Tkinter series or even a new tutorial based on the new Tk. I've found that its just easy enough and Pythonic that it has helped me advance passed the point in which I usually say, "Ah GUI stuff is too hard an complicated!", such as with QT, etc.
So what do you say? Can we give it another go?

I am not sure what else I would throw into a new series for Tk. I don't have any near-term plans to cover Tk. I may eventually redo the series, as the standards used were sub par, but the series would cover pretty much the same content.
